The control box of the boom lift consists of: the control box on the work platform and the control box at the base of the machine. Below are the details from the control box that we provide for your reference to operate the boom lift more safely.
Control Box of the Boom Lift
Lower Control Box
The lower control box is used to operate the retractable work platform or to test various functions. It also serves as an emergency control in case the work platform control box is not functioning. When the lower control box is activated, the operations of the upper control box will be disabled, except for the emergency stop button.
The lower control box is located in the left compartment of the machine, near the fuel tank. To use it, you need to open the two locking tabs by pressing them, and then lift the control box to a horizontal position.
To stop all operations and the engine, press the button. To activate the power, pull and turn the knob clockwise.
Use this in case the engine is malfunctioning and cannot be used (excluding running out of fuel).
3. Operation Activation Lock
To activate operations at the lower control box, turn this lock clockwise and hold it during the operation.
4. Display Screen
This Display Unit Shows Basic Operational Information of the Machine
The option screens are displayed in section A and are controlled using the buttons in section B.
